SURE FIRED 3 BEER BBQ RIBS * PREP'em 3 Racks of Ribs * STACK'em & * WRAP'em *SMOKE'em Preheat grill (gas or charcoal) * EAT' em !!!
* CLEAN'em & remove membrane from back of RIBS
* CUT'em in half
* Rub'em on both sides in 3 BEER RUB !!!


* LEAVE'em in the FRIG overnight or a MINIMUM of 3 Hours before cooking
* COOK'em in Smoker or Green Egg @ 230 F for 3 hours
OR
* BRAISE'em in a Roasting Pot

In Roasting Pot ADD: 1 Cup of Liquid (H2O or Pale Ale) + 1 TBSP White Wine Vinegar
+ 1 TBSP Honey + 2 TBSP Worchestershire Sauce
* STACK'em on grate (like Lincoln Logs) *COVER'em with foil and SECURE the top
* COOK'em @ 240 F for 3 Hours
*TASTE'em! Slice & Eat only 3 RIBS (OH! SURE!)

* Turn off one side of grill or move charcoal to one side BBQ Sauce as DESIRED
* Place Wood Chips on heated side. When Chips start
SMOKIN' place Ribs on cool side & close Lid for 1/2 to
1 hour (heat and smoke will draw to cool side of grill)
* Apply BBQ Sauce (if desired) while SMOKIN'
